It was extremely quiet; the gentleman on the property was polite, friendly, and helpful, and the location was convenient for our visit. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor (I spoke with the gentleman, who apologized and said he ordered a better shower curtain). Knowing this beforehand would have been better after traveling so far. The floors also needed a thorough carpet cleaning—walking barefoot from the shower to the bed left my feet dirty. Finally, we couldn’t open the window to enjoy fresh air because the screen wasn’t properly secured, allowing unwanted bugs to enter, so we left it closed.

We disliked the kiosk check‑in; talking to a screen is not our preference, and if we had known we’d have chosen elsewhere. The manager was great and helped us with everything we needed; he was very understanding. We truly feel that person‑to‑person contact is far better.
