Elegantly furnished rooms offer air conditioning, LCD TV, and minibar. Thermal water in the pool, rich in dissolved minerals, promotes blood circulation and relaxation. Centrally located in Porretta Terme, near the Reno River, with 17th-century Madonna Del Faggio Sanctuary nearby.

The spa and the food were great. There was no staff member at the spa, and I think they shouldn’t charge extra for slippers and towels!

I was disappointed. As a frequent traveler I can say that this place does not live up to the price. The photos on the profile make it look far more appealing. The spa is also let‑down; for example it has harsh, intense lighting that stimulates rather than relaxes. Breakfast is not worth the price. I’m sorry to give such a harsh rating, but after traveling a lot and staying at many similar places I feel it’s necessary to point out that it sells itself as a higher category that it completely lacks.

Excellent high‑level hotel. The thermal spa is very beautiful. Cleanliness is great everywhere. The restaurant is very, very good.

The rooms were nicely renovated (in 2023 they weren’t yet like that), the spa, the good restaurant by the hotel, and a place to park bikes. The reception could be a bit warmer for returning guests.
