The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and polite. The single room’s bathroom is awkwardly placed, which is inconvenient even for someone who isn’t tall. I think this place deserves a full three stars, not four.

I was about 15/20 minutes from the Colosseum, Fontana, the station, and other attractions. The triple room, meant for two adults and a 12‑year‑old girl, had beds that were too short for us adults, who are around 1.80 m tall, and also for our daughter. A four‑star rating feels over‑priced, especially when the room’s presentation was poor: yellow walls, a bathroom with damp and dirty doors, a filthy bathtub, a very dirty area under the bed, and even the TV remote was greasy. The cleaning lady did her job every day, always making the bed and providing fresh towels, but the price we paid doesn’t match the value.

The welcome and breakfast were good, but the bathroom was too small.

The place was very clean and the included breakfast was good, but the stairs were very narrow and it was far from the center, although the area is nice.
