Nice small and cosy hotel. Good value for money. Nice location on a side street of the main street in old tblissi. Nice shops and food on short walking distance. Friendly staff, even though their English is not good they communicate excellent via whatsapp. Sometimes it was a bit noisy from the people upstairs, i believe this was not even part of the hotel

I liked how close the place was to everything in Old Tbilisi, and the peace of the area. The friendly couple helped me with a small personal issue. The room was roomy and the bathroom was pretty. The overall décor was nice, and the corridor photos were appealing. I appreciated being able to stay longer than the checkout time. The only downside was that the mattress was too soft for my back, but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t stop me from sleeping; I’m sure it works for others. That doesn’t diminish the couple’s kindness.

We were thrilled with our choice of accommodation! The spot is superbly quiet and right near all the main sights of Old Tbilisi, plus restaurants, a Carrefour supermarket, and a pharmacy within a 5–7 minute walk. The rooms are spacious, have air conditioning, and there’s a fully equipped shared kitchen and lounge. The hosts are fantastic and always go the extra mile to help with any request. Highly recommended!

The location in the very center of Tbilisi was great—everything was very close. Despite the ongoing Tbilisoba celebrations and the crowds, once inside the place was absolutely quiet, so you could really relax. The property was well maintained and clean. The large, spacious basement kitchen was fully equipped. I had excellent contact with the owner. The only small drawback was the lack of an outside window; the only window faced the inner corridor, which was a bit odd but not annoying enough to be a problem. A new travel experience, for sure.
