“I couldn’t even stay 👎”

Only the location was fine. I didn’t feel comfortable staying at this property because, after checking the rooms in person, I realized they looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. I requested a free cancellation and honestly described the condition of the property, which I found messy, unclean, and completely disappointing. To my surprise, just a couple of minutes later, I received a phone call from someone at the hotel who started shouting at me because I had described the place as a disaster. First of all, if you cannot accept honest feedback from your guests, why do you provide a section for reviews and comments in the first place? Secondly, why do you advertise the property with such beautiful, misleading photos when the reality is completely different? Guests have every right to express their disappointment, especially when what they find upon arrival does not match what they were promised. Instead of shouting at guests and reacting aggressively to criticism, you should focus on improving the condition of your property and providing accurate information.
