A solid hotel that suits business travelers, with normal room sizes for Japan and a nice onsen. The management was very unfriendly; I kept thinking Japanese people avoid saying no, but they told us directly in a loud voice, uncompromisingly. Breakfast was too early—by nine o’clock it was already over, making it impossible for someone on vacation who wants to sleep in. The free coffee was shut off at ten, and the free tea bags weren’t consistently available. I tested the hotel for a business trip and would not recommend it.
