Die Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich hoch, wirklich freundlich, entgegenkommend, hilfsbereit. Die Behandlung im Hamm war erstklassig, leider nicht getrennt nach Mann und Frau. Aber valitativ hochwertig. Wenig freundliches Personal beim Frühstück

The location was bad, but the cleanliness was good. I wanted to extend my stay by one night, yet they quoted a higher price than listed online and said the rate would rise; I asked if it could be cheaper, but they insisted 100 € per day was too high for this place.

The location is one of the biggest perks; the metro station is right next to the hotel and there's a shopping mall nearby, making it very easy to get to Üsküdar and the surrounding area. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was quite large. Breakfast was generally good, and we were especially pleased with the friendly, attentive, and warm staff in the breakfast area, who treated our little girl with great kindness. Thanks to them, too. Unfortunately, we encountered many technical and service issues during our stay. For the first two days, our room wasn’t cleaned and the trash wasn’t taken out; after complaining to reception, cleaning became regular. In the bathroom, the shower water temperature changed abruptly, the pressure was very low, and the shower holder wasn’t properly secured. During a heavy rainstorm, water entered our room through the window. Even though we reported it immediately to reception, no action was taken for the next three days. The wallpaper started to peel and the window fogged up constantly. The air conditioning was very noisy and didn’t work for two days. Wi‑Fi was terrible for the first three days. The TV system was also quite old and inadequate for a four‑star hotel. We didn’t find the reception staff’s attitude sufficiently friendly overall. We believe the hotel needs renovation and maintenance, especially in rooms, bathrooms, windows, and technical systems.
