The location and carpark were convenient, but the rooms were dirty and clearly in need of refurbishment; housekeeping was virtually nonexistent and the customer service was terrible.

Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were busy but friendly and helpful. The bathrooms could use an update, but overall it was a solid stay. Thanks to housekeeping for always doing a great job.

The location was spot‑on for everything we wanted to do in Nottingham and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom had mould at the bottom of the bath and in the corner near the taps, and we only got two coffee and tea bags for a two‑night stay, but after a second attempt we finally got some more from someone in the restaurant—though it was pretty busy.

Room was nice for a short stay and it is easy to park and stay the night. People were really nice and breakfast was right, nothing special
