True Beach Resort

I’m currently staying in the Swim‑up Beach Front Suite at True Beach on an all‑inclusive basis, and this resort has truly surpassed every expectation. Their management and genuine customer care stand out; we had a minor housekeeping hiccup at first, and the manager personally apologized in our suite, a level of professionalism and respect that’s rare and greatly appreciated. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay magical: they arranged a breathtaking floating breakfast right in our private pool and later served an incredibly elegant romantic dinner, with every detail handled with exquisite taste and class. I especially admire how warmly and respectfully they treat their Egyptian guests, rooted in genuine Egyptian warmth and generosity that makes you feel completely pampered and valued at all times. Their dedication to flawless, world‑class service for everyone is clear. Thank you to the entire team and management at True Beach for turning our vacation into an absolute dream. The property was well maintained, and in the evenings it was beautiful and wonderful—an excellent resort for couples looking for guaranteed relaxation, with staff always present but never intrusive. The food… not because the quantity or quality was poor, but because the presentation was monotonous, there was no variety, it was dull, and in some aspects overly spicy.

“Excellent séjour !”

The calm and beauty of the place, and the size of the room! The beach is very pretty but shallow, which is a shame for snorkeling. The meals are repetitive even though the quality is up to par. The floor in the room wasn’t cleaned, leaving a constant residue of sand.

The food was good, the loft rooms are excellent, the pools are very nice, and the Wi‑Fi was good and consistent throughout.
