“A great place to enjoy and explore Tenby and the surrounding area”

The place is right where you want to be, within walking distance of the beach, town centre and train station, the rooms were roomy, comfy and spotless, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of high‑quality options, and the staff were friendly and courteous, making the whole stay memorable.

“very pleasant indeed”

The breakfast menu was good and the spot to eat it in was nice, but the poached eggs were always overcooked when we had them, which was disappointing but understandable given how they’re pre‑cooked; the scrambled eggs were absolutely perfect. Maybe add a fruit salad.

There was a decent selection for breakfast, the food was really good and the staff were very helpful, but the road to the hotel is very dark and poorly lit. We booked this hotel based on the reviews of the restaurant because it was my birthday; upon arrival we were told the restaurant was closed for the season and the bar was closing early, a big let‑down that wasn’t communicated beforehand. The approach to the hotel doesn’t make it clear it’s a hotel or where the reception is, and as others mentioned, it wasn’t nice to be woken up early by the bell collection.
