“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Dolomites”

The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly. I would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom, and because the hotel sits next to the main road, traffic noise was unavoidable.

The location is good, the parking is paid but reasonably priced, and there is a view of the lake. The breakfasts were monotonous—exactly the same all week, with no fruits or vegetables. The bathroom needs a thorough renovation; it was clean but had a stale smell. A clogged shower drain caused the floor to flood, and the staff suggested the shower doors were not closed properly. It was still a bit jammed, so we had to use the shower briefly with a weak water stream. We were reminded about the toilet paper. The hallway and neighboring rooms were loud. During the reservation I asked about the availability of a fridge; I received confirmation that it was available. When we arrived, after a reminder we were given a portable tourist fridge that didn’t cool but was noisy, so we didn’t use it.

Breakfast was good, and from the balcony of the room I could see the lake and the mountains. The staff were friendly and we had pleasant chats, and the hot shower worked well.

“Spa gratuito”

The accommodation is old but well built and cozy. The views are fabulous. The buffet is great, served with professionalism and affection. The shower was poorly insulated and within minutes the bathroom flooded. We reported it but there was no one there. The next morning we told reception and showed a video of the curtain with silicone leaking and a meow.

Nothing stank anywhere, no mold. The walls of the rooms were thin, so we could hear the neighbor, a bit of noise, and after each flush it could be heard. Luckily everything quietened around 23:30, and the circus started at 6:30 in the morning.
