“Comodidad y buena ubicación”
The location was good. They keep an electronic register of guests’ vehicles, but if you lose the physical ticket, they check their database to give you another physical ticket and charge you for it!

The bedroom is very comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom with a tub is one of the best. Breakfast and à la carte food preparation are decent, but you expect something better. For the price of the hotel you anticipate that the paid extra services will be of quality; the menu at the restaurant has very expensive dishes that are not worth it. I ordered a yakimeshi and they gave me a pot of red garden rice, topped with scrambled egg and chicken—that is not at all a yakimeshi, yet the dish is very pricey. My kids ordered nuggets, which were hard, cold, and only came with ketchup; they don’t look cooked and seem to be pre‑cooked supermarket ones.

Only the location mattered because I was heading to a work event nearby. I want to document a situation I consider very serious that greatly affected my experience with the hotel. Before I arrived I had contact with a person named Antonio, who introduced himself and communicated with me as part of the hotel. Through him I booked several tours for my mother, who was traveling with me but would do these activities alone while I attended a work event. The tours were offered at considerably high prices; nevertheless, I agreed to pay because I was told they would be private tours with a guide. For me it was essential to have this service, because my mother is an elderly person traveling alone, and precisely because I trusted that it was being arranged through someone affiliated with the hotel, I decided to book it. Unfortunately, the service received was far from what was promised. No private guide accompanied her during the tours. Only at Teotihuacán did they hire a guide directly on site at the entrance. The rest of the time she basically had a driver, and the tours were extremely rushed, passing through places without accompaniment, explanations, or the experience one expects when paying for a private tour. Additionally, I was told she would have to cover the driver’s food, something that was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. The most concerning thing was learning, once in Mexico, that these tours were not a service offered or backed directly by the hotel, as I had understood from the start, but apparently a service managed privately by Antonio. I find it especially delicate that someone who works or represents the hotel to the guest can offer private services exploiting the trust generated by their affiliation with the establishment.
