I stayed in the Gaztelugatxe room, which was spacious and well kept, and the location was very central. The area is full of bars, so you can hear people on the street, but that didn't stop us from sleeping or relaxing.

The room was fine and the bed comfortable. However, despite claims of mild noise, it’s actually quite annoying; even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep. Being surrounded by pubs and bars makes rest difficult, and for the price I feel it’s a bit expensive for what it offers.

This place is amazing. Very close to the metro station, a 20‑minute ride to the old town, and surrounded by many restaurants and bars where locals enjoy great food, drinks and conversation. Staying here is the closest real experience to living like a local. One good tip: buy the Barik Card for transport—you’ll save a lot of money. *********** Este lugar es increíble.
