The location is very good in the heart of Trapani and still quiet, provided you’re lucky enough to find a quiet spot in this noisy house. The facilities match the description; check‑in was hassle‑free and impersonal via WhatsApp. The “modern” shower is a bit dirty, the bedroom windows cannot be opened, and the toilet paper must be thrown in the trash can, not the toilet.

The apartment is right in the center, just 2 minutes on foot from the main promenade, close to the port, the train station, and the bus station. On weekends it can be quite loud, especially when the neighbor on the floor above does a move‑in at 2 a.m.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, but there was a strong smell, probably from the stairwell. Our room faced the stairway, so the loud neighbor’s voice was amplified; he talked extremely loudly every night until well past midnight, and there are many stairs.

What we liked most was undoubtedly the cleanliness—spotless, probably one of the cleanest accommodations we've seen, with no complaints in that regard. We stayed in an apartment that had a kitchen, and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable; the living area was even more roomy and pleasant than the photos suggested. The location was very central and practical for public transport users. Also worth noting is that every message exchange with the host was flawless; she always tried to meet our needs and was consistently friendly in communication. Our only concern before the stay was the light coming into the room. We saw a curtain, but thought a blackout curtain would solve the issue since some light still seeped in. Initially the boiler was off and we didn't notice right away, maybe a quick instruction sheet would help. The electricity was unreliable; just having the AC on in the room and trying to use the stove in the kitchen with some power caused problems.
