“Nice spot, big bathroom, TV trouble”
Loved the location and the room was pretty nice. The bathroom was huge, which was a big plus. The only downside was the TV that just wouldn’t turn on.
“Clean room, messy front desk, bad towels”
The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and bed were all solid. But the reception area was always open and messy, giving off a bad vibe. The phone rang loudly and nobody answered. Towels were thin, frayed, and not the fresh white ones you’d expect—definitely need better quality.
“AC good, water disaster”
The whole hotel is air‑conditioned, which is great. However, for three days we ran out of water and the staff didn’t try to fix it or offer bottled water.

The place is spot on—easy to get to, comfy, and tidy. The balcony offers a lovely view and is a nice spot to relax. Wish they’d add a mini fridge in the room, especially since Cartagena stays hot all year. Also, the balcony door lock was broken.
