Staff and owners were very flexible and kind. We’d love to return for our next visit to Merano. The place is a couple of minutes’ walk from the train station. Breakfast was tasty and served in a nice restaurant.

The central location of Hotel Hanni was perfect for us, 10 min to the station and 15 min to the centre. The staff were very warm and made sure nothing was missing. A heartfelt thank you.

Everything was excellent – we got the best eggs with bacon from Bepi every morning freshly made! That was outstanding! The great tips each morning were also super helpful for daily planning – everything was perfect – the location near the station and parking was optimal.

Our host was exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. We felt very welcome and comfortable from the start. Her friendly nature and willingness to help made our stay especially pleasant. We had planned this trip as a stopover and would have liked to stay longer. Meran is beautiful and we’ll come back to see many more wonderful things we couldn’t fit into the short time. Thank you Hanni (Heidi) for the warm hospitality!

The basement room with AC was nice in the heat. Within walking distance to the city. Friendly hostess and good breakfast. The South Tyrol pass gives free transport.
