Rooms Alida in Opatija provides a 3‑star guest‑house ambiance with a garden, terrace, and private entrance. Each air‑conditioned room includes a private bathroom, work desk, parquet flooring, TV, microwave and barbecue facilities, plus complimentary Wi‑Fi. Located two minutes from Slatina Beach and 300 m from the Juraj Sporer Art Pavilion, staff speak German, English and Italian.

It was a very nice stay in a cosy and clean place, and I’ll definitely stop over again on my next trip to Dalmatia. The centre of Opatija and the beach are just five minutes away, and a nice supermarket is nearby too. So this is perfect and offers great value for money. I’d definitely recommend it! As some of my previous guests have mentioned, you’ll get a free parking space only a couple of metres from the house, because the house itself has none. However, note that the driveway up to the house is steep and a bit narrow.

I loved the privacy, even though the hosts were very nice and kind. The location was great because everything was near, including the beach. The room was clean and very neat when I first arrived, which was great too. In conclusion, I had everything I needed and I loved my experience in Rooms Alida! ♡♡♡

A gorgeous small room with everything you need: a comfortable bed, a microwave, a mini refrigerator, a kettle, silverware, cups, complimentary instant coffee packets, fresh fruit, and complimentary cold water. The bathroom was pristine! It’s a 10‑minute walk from the main bus station in Opatija up two hills, not too far from restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The host is lovely and takes care of the garden area with love, and there’s an outdoor seating area to enjoy the peace and quiet of the evening after exploring Opatija.
