The location is near the train station, all shops are close, and the host is very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly hygienic and I’ll definitely return. I had nothing negative to mention about the stay.

The place was spotless and cozy, with a washing machine available, but I couldn't find a toaster 🤣

It’s a quiet spot for walking rest between the Arroyo Miel center and the beach (10 minutes), near Parque de Las Palomas, a spot that worked great for us at least. For stays of 4/5 days, bring more swimwear; otherwise it’s very well equipped.
