The place is well maintained and the staff are good, but the Executive rooms are best while the Standard rooms are not good.

I had a really good stay at Meridian Hotel, Gujranwala; the room was clean and comfortable, service was good, and staff were helpful, making it a pleasant experience, but I didn't know there was an extra charge for ironing clothes.

The reception staff was very helpful when I checked in early at 9 AM. My room was clean, the food was good, and overall it was a nice experience. I recommend it!

The staff here are absolute legends, always up for a chat and willing to lend a hand. They're the ones who make this place worth staying at. Unfortunately, the management seems to be a different story altogether - they're a bit too keen on enforcing the rules and can come across as a bit.prickly. Still, the friendly staff make up for it.
