The hotel is outside the city in a valley, giving a peaceful environment and a lovely garden to relax in; there’s a bar and a restaurant where you can dine well in the evenings. Everything else is within walking distance, so you’ll need transport for activities. The area isn’t very busy, the room was not very large, and a minibar would have been nice. There’s no breakfast choice; each day offers one type of breakfast with one cup of coffee, and extra coffee costs extra.

“unfriendly and unprofessional staff”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff's consistently unfriendly and unprofessional demeanor made our entire experience unpleasant. We encountered a password-locked room, which we couldn't access despite repeated attempts. When we asked for assistance, the staff refused to help and instead kept telling us to try again, only coming to our aid after we insisted.

My stay at this hotel was excellent, thanks to its great breakfast and friendly staff. My baby girl had a wonderful time playing in the garden every morning, and the staff were always happy to help.
