The staff were so accomodating and lovely. Such a clean hotel. They let us shower and kept our luggage after check out. Loved it all

Gorgeous decor in the room. Super clean, super comfortable. Loved the free drinks and snacks!!! The pool is amazing too. Great location . Loved being introduced to perilla juice in the lobby!. It would have been nice to get free breakfast and wifi They were unfamiliar with the amazing Japanese restaurants just a few meters away

I absolutely loved my time at this Saigon hotel; the spot is spot-on for city hopping and tourist spots, and the breakfast was a treat. The staff, especially the front desk folks, were warm and professional, and when I ran into a bad experience at a local restaurant and got ripped off, they genuinely listened and did everything they could to help, which meant a lot. Big shout‑out to Johnny for his kindness. All the staff made the stay memorable, and I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

Breakfast was superb, served on the mezzanine above the lobby in The Shipyard, with a fantastic spread and friendly staff. The location was great and the rooms were quiet. The only downside was that the bar next to the lobby looked pretty dull.
