I loved Marlene’s welcome! Everything was very clean and organized, and I felt right at my grandmother’s house; I strongly recommend it! The Wi‑Fi in the rooms could be better.

The place is right where you want to be – everything I needed was within walking distance and the neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. Nothing else to complain about.

The owner was super friendly and helped with everything, and the breakfast, while simple, was tasty enough to start the day. The spot is perfect: quiet yet close to the airport, downtown and the beach. The only downside was the lack of Brazilian‑standard power sockets – the single outlet was already taken by the fan, leaving no plug near the bed for my phone.

Grandma who runs the place is amazing – cheerful, makes you feel at home, and the house is always spotless and well organized, with bakeries, restaurants, beaches and banks just around the corner. The Wi‑Fi, however, was pretty weak and made it hard to attend my online classes.
