I was able to get to the hotel without trouble thanks to its proximity to the l‑69 interchange and the many restaurants in the developing area. The air‑conditioning worked well and was quiet, and the bedding was comfortable; the apartment itself was spotless and even offered bottled water. On the downside, the pool stayed closed for most of our stay and the gym was poorly ventilated. The staff were friendly, but we had to remind them several times about cleaning the apartment and changing the sheets. The outdoor terraces overlooked the parking lots, which was a bit disappointing.

“Good hotel, but shower and housekeeping need improving.”

The bed was super comfy and the view from the room was pretty good, and the room itself was clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we didn't like the shower design – it would have been better if the glass could close to stop water spray from splashing onto the floor. We were also disappointed by the lack of housekeeping; we didn’t care about them coming in to make the bed, we just wanted fresh towels without having to go down to the lobby and wait for someone to bring them.

Everyone was very nice and the overall facility was good, but the room had a body‑odor smell that seemed to come from the bedding and pillows.
