Very close to the sea, very quiet, parking, a canteen offering many non‑fried meals with enough variety and quantity. The reception staff mostly can’t speak English or German, which is also weak. The public areas—staircase and corridors—were full of sand and dust, as if they’re not cleaned often.

The location, beach, and kids’ playground were great, but I was surprised that no one at reception spoke English.
