“Overpriced and far from the luxury it promises.”

They brand themselves a 4‑star luxury hotel, but it feels far from that. We booked a double sea‑view room because we wanted a relaxing stay and a good night's sleep, even though it was pricier than other options. The hotel seems to be checking off boxes to market itself as 4‑star. The spa is just a hot tub and a sauna in a dirty basement, and the gym is a joke. Service and atmosphere feel forced and fake. On the bright side, they upgraded us to a better room after we complained. The first room was small, dated, noisy, the bed was uncomfortable, the balcony was empty, and the “sea view” was limited to a distant swimming pool and a road—worse than the photos on Booking. Even simple things were off, like not being able to charge my phone next to the bed without unplugging the lamp. The second room had a better bed and some furniture on the balcony, but the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and there was mold in the sink—unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel. We had a rental car, so we tried to keep our stay short and just use it for sleeping. Even though breakfast was included, we ate elsewhere because the coffee machine was broken the first morning and the buffet wasn’t fresh. There are many other hotels on Naxos, especially if you have a car and are willing to stay in more remote areas. Those might not have a pool or beachfront, but they’ll likely give you a better experience and better value for money.

“wonderful stay, excellent breakfast, large rooms and great vibe.”

Breakfast was excellent. The location is remote, yet from the beach we could see so many stars at night. The pool was large and inviting, and the staff were excellent.
