The staff were respectful and very helpful! The second mini‑bar was a little dirty/dusty inside, but nothing major; everything else was used and functioning great!

The location is nice, close to a lot of shops and food.

The location was great for our purposes. Parking is around the corner so a bit congested checking in but was able to safely leave car nearby. There is an additional parking fee just fyi. Was within walking distance of Wrigley. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Quiet floor. The parking would be the only negative as it was additional cost and around the corner/unattached and a short walk, but it wasn't a terrible experience.
