The room was spacious and well appointed, though we didn’t eat on the premises because dinner wasn’t offered that first night; the owner was lovely and took us to a local restaurant, then picked us up after we finished. The pool was lovely, very clean, and the gardens were lovely, but the shower’s water pressure was a bit low.

We had a great stay. Our host drove us to Pidurangala Rock, organized a safari and a massage for us, and the whole family was very warm and helpful.

The family was super friendly and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The pool was wonderful with comfortable loungers, the rooms looked good, and breakfast was delicious.

The owners’ hospitality was wonderful, the clean pool was at the perfect temperature, and the Sri Lanka dinner was lovely; the host really went out of their way to make our trip wonderful. Nothing was lacking, though a fridge with cool drinks and a few simple snacks in the dining area would have been nice.
