The service was excellent, the place was super chill, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Nothing really stood out as a problem.

The location was good, the area was quiet, across the street there was a small park with fountains, and a monument for children from blockaded Leningrad who were on evacuation.

Ersen’s place is very convenient and has a 24‑hour open grocery. He could replace the mattress and some of the kitchen pots and pans are old Teflon coated ones. Those two things could drastically improve the stay.

Location. The bathroom and toilet are shared, the kitchen is shared by all tenants. There is no air conditioner.
