The view from the room was stunning and the bed was super comfy. But the buffet was a bit of a let‑down – not many options and the drinks were weak. Kids had almost nothing to do except a dirty little pool. The staff seemed new and distracted, and the beach right in front is rocky with stairs that are a nightmare for older folks. There’s nothing nearby to do, and getting to Vlore takes almost an hour, so two nights here feel like overkill.

The hotel calls itself 5‑star, but the service and upkeep are far below that. The place looks worn out and clearly needs renovation. We expected top‑notch service, yet the food was bland, the pool was a mess, and we couldn’t find a single lounge chair. The private beach is open to everyone who pays, so it’s not really exclusive. The minibar was also a disappointment.

The hotel is modern and pretty, and the location was great – we felt comfortable overall. However, the room change was a hassle and poorly communicated. We were also invited to an à‑la‑carte dinner, but after multiple attempts to get details, we never heard back. It was a shame because we were looking forward to it.
