The welcome was great, Mattia was outstanding, the cleanliness, quietness, and good range of services were impressive, and the food—an extensive variety and all very good—was a highlight.

The dinner buffet was extensive and varied, the pool area was fantastic with multiple lanes, but the shuttle was sometimes very unreliable, with waits of up to 30 minutes, and the breakfast used paper cups.

An amazing experience overall! The food—breakfast and dinner—was great, the massage was fabulous, and the service was extremely professional.
