I checked in without any hassle, but the jetted tub turned out to be a fake, so I ended up taking a lukewarm shower instead. Breakfast was only decent at best, arriving in plastic bags, and there was an ant crawling on the bed. The fireplace was broken, towels never got replaced, and the bed was left unmade. Garbage stayed on the floor, coffee was limited to one cup per person, dishes were missing, and the promised “view” was disappointing.
