Breakfast was good, yet the shower leaked and the kettle’s heating plate was broken.

Italian breakfast with croissant and coffee, but the apartment was quite cramped.

The spot is great, but the place itself feels a bit neglected. The kettle was clogged with an enormous limescale build‑up I’d never seen; it was totally unusable. When we asked for a replacement, they said no, and that we’d have to boil water in a pot because they couldn’t send someone over. That was pretty disappointing, and I hope they’ve swapped out the kettle for future guests. The shower worked, yet it wasn’t cleaned properly—many nozzles had residue and some didn’t spray at all or did so very weakly.
