The spot is spot on. Checking in was a breeze and the staff were super friendly, even stowing our bags before we had a chance to unpack. They later slid them into the room for us. The place was spotless, roomy and bright. Ricardo handled everything and kept us in the loop all the time. Occasionally there was a little noise from the upper floors, but it wasn’t enough to keep us from sleeping.

We found nothing we liked, which was very disappointing. The toilet overflowed when flushed, the sink didn’t drain, and there were slugs in the room upon arrival; it wasn’t worth the money at all.

The location was fine, but we booked for three adults and received a double bed and a fold‑out cot that was very uncomfortable for an adult and made moving around the room difficult; I asked for a room that could accommodate three adults comfortably but never got a reply. With the price I expected beds that could comfortably sleep three people.

The spot is super central—just a couple of minutes to Via del Corso, one of the main streets! The bed was quite comfortable. However, at night there was a somewhat annoying noise from a cooling machine that disturbed sleep.
