The room was quite spacious and spotless, and they offered a living room outside with coffee and all the essentials for a stay. The staff were always attentive when we arrived.

Everything was excellent: the place was super clean, everything was in order and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was immaculate. Everything was immaculate.

The property is located in a very beautiful and quiet area of Rome, a few minutes by bus from the airport. Check‑in was easy and fast. We found the room clean and fragrant, just like the rest of the common area. I also found the room larger than other guest houses, so it was very comfortable. Unfortunately, I stayed only one night, but I hope to return for a longer stay. I highly recommend it!

The bed was very comfortable, although the children’s pillow was a bit odd. The cleanliness was not very good. On the rail of the shower there was pink slime, which is unhygienic (we didn't shower). They didn't give us a glass, and I had to take medication. There were spider webs and the walls and the bathroom door frame were filthy.
