I left the place in a rush! The hotel looked like a disaster zone, the photos were misleading, the room had a strange smell, the beds were hard and small, the lounge chairs were broken, it was far from the center and there were no nearby restaurants, it felt abandoned. It used to be gorgeous years ago.

The hotel is stunning, set in a colonial‑style building that feels both tasteful and charming. Even though I didn’t swim, the pool offers a welcome splash and the tropical garden is lovely and soothing. The view matches the photos perfectly, and the place is utterly quiet—no noise at all, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day touring Angkor. No complaints.

The location is great for visiting temples and checking out the town at night. The evenings are very quiet, and the green trees and garden add to the ambience; the swimming pool is clean and lovely. The only downside is that there’s no coffee available in the morning.

The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful, and the room comes with all the usual amenities. However, the door lock is broken, so I couldn’t close it from the inside, and the pool was not mentioned as an issue.
