The hotel provides 24-hour front desk, car rental, and luggage storage services, and is 130 metres from public transport and 750 metres from the Passenger Port.

I stayed three nights there: Aug 24 in room 601, Aug 25 in room 602. Both rooms had something (I assume bed bugs, though I didn't see them when awake, only the excretion and carcass under the sheet) and I had bites all over my hands, arms, neck, back, and ankles that were super itchy and kept me scratching. On Aug 26 the receptionist moved me to room 516. It was the first time I had these symmetrical rashes. I had never had skin allergies like this before. After comparing the photo with bed‑bug bites online, I am convinced it was the cause. I complained, but the hotel only refunded me one night. I strongly do not recommend rooms on the 6th floor. Even though I had a great time in Tallinn, this hotel left me with unforgettable nightmares.

The location is definitely the best feature of this hotel—close to the city centre, the waterfront, and the bus stops, so I recommend it. However, the hotel needs a bit of renovation; rooms vary widely in standard, and some have issues with windows and cold. Breakfast is tasty but very limited in variety and portions.

The hotel sits within a reasonable walking distance of the city centre, and both the room and bathroom were spotless; breakfast was satisfying with a wide range of options, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The proximity to the city is a plus, but cleanliness needs improvement; I no longer feel inclined to return to this hotel, even though the location is very convenient, and I hope their situation improves.
