The room, private spa, roof terrace, and location are all excellent. Even though it’s in the old town, Saturday night was completely quiet in the room. The staff were attentive and helpful 24‑7, and a late check‑out was offered free of charge. Special praise for the exceptionally talented masseuse.

Very attentive staff, great view, and a 15‑minute walk to the cathedral.

Amazing room with a perfect view, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful; the massage I booked was wonderful too. The cathedral and port are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I felt very safe the whole time as a solo traveler. Larger cars such as tour vans or Ubers can’t drive straight up to the hotel front, but they will arrange a taxi that picks you up right in front if needed.

The quality, location and the very friendly and professional staff. The beds are insanely comfortable!!. For a five star hotel, i’d expect a swimming pool or more options of cafes and restaurants within the hotel
