The place is very nice—a charming, old house with a lovely hostess, thoughtfully arranged for guests, and it feels warm and welcoming.

The staff were very friendly, but although a kitchen was mentioned, we never had the chance to use it. The toilet on the floor was leaking, and each time we went into the bathroom the water would run, which was annoying.

Good location near the train station, easy to reach any spot in Georgia, just a 10‑minute walk. Despite the proximity to the station, the place is very quiet, perfect for a peaceful break. The designer renovation creates a cozy atmosphere, the host is very friendly, and check‑in conditions are flexible. Clean and comfortable—best experience ever.
