The staff were incredibly kind, patiently helping me solve my issues and truly delightful; the facilities were top‑class, everything for kids, the food varied, there were many activities and quality shows, and our bungalow was clean with good bedding—overall an excellent resort. It’s a pity the information wasn’t provided in French, and it turns out the staff are all Brazilians.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, desserts were excellent, and the overall food was good. The pool has too few spots, especially the shaded ones are always taken, so it’s clearly a family‑oriented hotel rather than a couple’s getaway.

The hotel was very comfortable, the food was quite pleasant, and the drinks were great. Every staff member was amazing from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Leide, Sú, and Eliane from Restaurante Quebra‑mar; they were flawless. The chefs who came to our table also deserve praise, though I can’t recall their names. My dad has many dietary restrictions, and the service was a perfect 1000. We stayed in the beachfront bungalow and can’t wait to return with friends!
