“A very good hotel and a very good service at hotel.”

I really like the hotel; the room matched the photos and description, the location is 8 minutes on foot from the train station, the room was clean, the free breakfast was superb, the internet service was good, and the front and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Very good. I just wish the hotel would provide a walking‑route map from Ulaanbaatar train station to the hotel for guests who prefer to stroll with light luggage.

“Pretty good spot”

The room was fine, but the outlets were hard to reach, which was inconvenient after a long trip when we needed to recharge our gear. The fancy bidet was a treat, and the hot shower was fabulous. We almost switched our next booking to this place because of the shower and bidet, but chose another spot to see more places. If we come back, we’ll definitely try this place again and stay more than one night. The outlets were a hassle: we had to unplug the teapot and TV, then stash our phones, chargers, etc., under the TV shelf to charge. It was a bit of a nuisance, not a deal‑breaker but somewhat tedious.

“A very nice hotel & great friendly staff.”

The rooms had unique decorations and were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Mrs Duka was a great help in fine‑tuning the details of my stay; her professionalism and genuine dedication were outstanding. The only downside was the lack of laundry service.

“Aardig hotel op goede locatie”

The hotel was in a good location and clean. The vibe in the room felt a bit odd, and the restaurant and breakfast were disappointing.
