I didn’t like my experience at this hotel. During my stay they tried to charge me extra money that I didn’t have to pay, which felt very unpleasant. Also, the beds were too hard and uncomfortable, and the room was very small. Another thing that really bothered me was the cancellation policy. I find it unfair that if a guest needs to cancel a reservation, they can’t get a refund. I think they should offer more flexibility, especially since it’s not a budget hotel. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service, facilities, and policies. I would not recommend it.

Location, large room, and no noise even though it’s in a nightlife area.
