I was told beforehand, during, and after that I would be late, but at 00.30 I was ignored and left to sleep on the street because there were no other places available.

The place is well‑located, close to many shops, and the beach is a 10‑minute walk away.

The bathroom and rooms were newly furnished and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is a shared kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and kettle. Supermarkets and Plaza Arturo Prat are a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is quite noisy, but it was quiet at night.
