The two patios are pleasant and comfortable for spending time, the pool area is spacious and well maintained with a small bathroom so you don’t have to go into the house. The front area has a small barbecue and a very suitable patio. The journey to find the house was an odyssey; we spent almost an hour until they sent us the correct location because the booking listing was wrong. We thought we would be inside the Roche development and it turned out to be very far on a path with many stones in poor condition. The house is prefabricated, very cramped for moving around, and has many things to improve (lack of outlets, mosquito nets, shower drain outlet…). It wasn’t what we expected given the space we thought would be larger and the car was absolutely necessary for everything because they didn’t send us the correct location from the start. The deposit issue should be automatically refunded upon leaving the house, because if it continues to be rented and future guests cause damage they can blame you and you have no way to prove it. Another improvement is the exit; it was strictly at 10:00 and entry is only until 16:00.

The accommodation covers all the needs you look for on vacation. It’s a 7‑minute drive from Conil and in a very quiet area for rest.

We liked the quiet of the area, the closeness to supermarkets and the village, and the well‑kept pool and terrace with a barbecue; the house offers plenty of storage, three bathrooms which is very convenient, and parking right at the door, plus the owner’s kindness in bringing us fresh vegetables from her garden. What bothered us was that we told them we were five people and they added a surcharge that would only make sense if the accommodation were actually for five; the sofa‑bed they offered for the fifth guest was terribly uncomfortable, the sheets didn’t fit the sofa, and it wasn’t very clean. The shower sprayed water far too far, soaking any towels nearby. Also, the location shown on the booking site isn’t the actual one, and after nearly three hours of travel it was disappointing, so we decided to ask them to send the correct address via WhatsApp before we went.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, with the best part being the serene atmosphere and the seclusion of having a private pool all to ourselves. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I'd like to extend my gratitude to them for making our stay so special, and we're already planning our next visit.

Staying at this house was a truly relaxing experience, with the peaceful surroundings and starry night skies making it a perfect getaway. The house itself was immaculately maintained, and the private pool and barbecue area were fantastic for spending quality time with family and unwinding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat.
