The place was super quiet, easy to reach, and had a cool retro vibe. I appreciated that it was on the ground floor and that I could park right in front of my room; the shower pressure was excellent and I didn’t have to worry about soap getting stuck in my hair. The room was already cooled when we arrived and the mini‑fridge was cold. The only downsides were that the bed wasn’t very comfortable—there was a noticeable dent in the middle—and a few spots needed a vacuum; there was also a gap under the door that let insects in.

I expected the air conditioner to work better, but it was exceptional given the unusually hot weather. Some outlets were too loose, so I had to be very careful with my chargers.
