Everything was great: the renovated country house has a truly pleasant taste, the Africa room is spacious, comfortable, and unique, the breakfast is outstanding with a mix of homemade and store‑bought items, from sweet to savory, the table is set with details that match the room’s style, and the couple running the place are warm and helpful, making you feel “at home.” The only downside was that, probably because it’s off‑season, the garden didn’t look as impressive as the rest—just a minor detail!

The rooms are beautiful, with a really eye‑catching design. We stayed in the Japan room, which had a spacious double bed and an incredibly soft blanket. We’d definitely come back when we’re in the area!

Breakfast was gorgeous, especially the homemade jams, the wide selection, and the cozy, family‑like atmosphere. The hotel is super easy to reach and sits in a strategic spot close to many attractions, yet it still offers privacy and a very natural setting.

We stayed in the beautiful Japanzimmer and felt very comfortable there. The daily breakfast, especially the many homemade items, was particularly great.
