I added an extra night but booked via a local tour agency, which was cheaper; it showed that the hotel’s price is higher than the local agency’s. I could have gotten it cheaper if I had booked through the local tour agent.

When we arrived, Michael came straight to us. He walked with us to our room, showed everything and explained how everything worked neatly, we received a room upgrade because I wasn’t satisfied with my sea view☺️. He also gave us his WeChat so we could always contact him if we had questions. He was extremely helpful and asked daily how we were doing and if we needed anything. Truly a compliment for his service! We also booked our excursions through him. That was very convenient, because everything was well arranged and we only had to be ready at the agreed time. The hotel itself is beautiful and large. Personally, I found the hotel a bit too big, but that’s a matter of taste. A few minutes away is the beach. The beach was very nice and clean. Unfortunately we couldn’t swim there because of the high waves. My advice is to book breakfast. What I missed was a more extensive halal selection. That way you had fewer choices during breakfast. Another plus is the self‑service laundry in the hotel. For €4.50 you can wash and dry your own laundry. Especially during a longer stay we found this very handy. The location of the hotel is very good. Right next to the hotel is a small spot where you can buy tasty desserts and sit comfortably. In the area there are also plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops and fast‑food restaurants and a shopping centre within walking distance. In the evening you can also go to the beach. There are several nice tents where you can sit comfortably and eat or drink something. All in all we had a pleasant stay. The service from Michael and the location of the hotel were the big pluses for us! In the hotel there is a separate halal buffet, but personally I didn’t find it worth the money. The food was cold and unfortunately it was not clearly indicated what the different dishes were

Great hotel!! Good breakfasts, daily cleaning. The location is simply fabulous!!! Maybe for some the rooms will seem "worn out", but we weren’t staying in rooms to spend time. And regarding the location the hotel will win in everything!!! Large area, clean pools. In short, I think we’ll return many times! Thank you!

“Maybe now, this hotel has only three stars…”

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious with the sea view we requested, and breakfast offered a good variety of quality items. The location was a bit far from the city center but faced the sea, and the old‑fashioned building was well maintained. Staff were helpful. The beach didn’t allow swimming and the hotel’s pools were crowded, so we couldn’t use them comfortably during our three‑day stay. The four‑star hotel also lacks its own restaurant or bar.
