“Ground floor room is noisy”

The place is in a good spot, breakfast was lovely, rooms were clean, but our ground‑floor room was insanely noisy with people passing by the window all night and wheeling suitcases; we asked to change rooms and that wasn’t possible.

“Amazing”

It felt like a hidden gem, just a stone’s throw from Venice’s center yet far enough for a quiet night; the courtyard was safe and well lit, an ATM was right next to the hotel, Lorenzo helped us with late check‑in and arranged a private tour of the glass factory where we watched the blowing show and bought a few pieces; the on‑site staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast lady (name unknown) was delightful and diligent—highly recommend. On Monday, a neighboring property started refurbishment that was a bit noisy, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
