The facilities were clean, close to the station, and the staff were all wonderful and professional; 24‑hour food and drink service was reassuring, and being able to finish the night with a cup of coffee and a bowl of curry rice after a drink was great! However, a locker we used was broken, which made us a bit worried after asking the staff; the air conditioning was too strong, so the lower floor felt cold; and the elevator steps were slightly sloped, causing a few trips to stumble.

The whole facility felt clean and comfortable, and the private room seemed larger than usual; among all capsule hotels I've stayed at, this one ranks at the top. No issues at all.
