Nothing positive. The area felt very unsafe, parking was poor, and I cancelled after seeing this.

C’était propre. Vous n’avez jamais précisé que c’était une colocation, et la télé de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas.

We booked two nights, but when we arrived the front desk told us that the Troyes rooms were no longer listed on the platform, yet we were still charged and had to find another place to stay—what a scam, and you even dare to ask for details of a place we never accessed!

The location, parking, and good bedding were great, but there was no privacy, laundry was still running when we arrived, and staff kept intruding during our stay; luckily we were with people who were just as uncomfortable with this shared living situation, so we all stayed in our rooms and the apartment sharing wasn’t made clear in the listing.
