I liked the location, the pool, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner struggled a lot to cool the room, and the front‑desk staff were not friendly at all.

The front‑desk staff never made me feel welcomed or enthusiastic; that morning before checkout, the employee even ran her hand through my hair to check whether my gray strands were real or fake, which made me uncomfortable, and the hotel’s soundproofing was poor. The only thing I liked was how the housekeeper politely asked if I needed anything and how the security guard chatted with me when I brought my motorbike into the garage—both were friendly and professional, unlike the front‑desk people, who I suspect are the owners.
